SKINCARE SERIES PART 1: WHAT IS SKINCARE

 Skincare is any range of practice that you do to support the integrity of your skin, enhance its apearance or relieve conditions affecting the skin. In other words it is anything that you do or use to keep your skin healthy and attractive. 

Skincare includes practices such as cleansing, massaging and moisturizing. However it is not simply the use of a bunch of products, it encompasses nutrition, diet and lifestyle practices. Thus  skincare is not simply a routine that you partake in every morning or or every night, it is in its entity what we do or don't do throughout the day.
